We stayed at La Sabina for a few days and had a wonderful time. The owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the anti-insects net on the window. The breakfast was typically Spanish and delicious, and the evening meals we pre-ordered were excellent value for money. The wine selection was also impressive. Everything in the hotel and restaurant showed great attention to detail. Highly recommendable.
Can recommend this hotel.

Activities in and around the area: The hotel is located in an area perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. I had a blast hiking through the picturesque landscapes, cycling along scenic routes, and even trying my luck at fishing. It felt like I was living in my own adventure movie!
Limited bathroom amenities.

As women traveling alone, we felt that La Sabina provided a safe and comfortable environment. the friendly lady owner treated us very well and made us feel welcomed. the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches like anti-insect nets on the windows. the pre-ordered evening meals were delicious and excellent value for money, accompanied by an excellent selection of wine. the Spanish/continental breakfast served in the morning was typical and satisfying, with toast, butter, jam, a small cake, and plenty of good coffee. the addition of a bottle of still water was a nice touch for our onward journey.
Felt secure and the staff were always helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing stay at this incredible place! The hosts were super helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The spacious and clean room with its cute decoration was simply jaw-dropping. And let's not forget the anti-insect net, which was a genius touch! The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel and restaurant was just amazing. And speaking of the restaurant, the pre-ordered evening meals were delicious and such a great value for money. The excellent wine selection was a pleasant surprise too! The location, though off the beaten track, added to the charm of the experience. And the typical Spanish/continental breakfast was the cherry on top, with toast, butter, jam, a small cake, and plenty of good coffee. The friendly owner treated us so well, it was just fantastic! this place is definitely super recommendable.

I loved the variety of activities available in the area, from hiking to fishing. The hotel itself had a cozy restaurant and bar, and free WiFi throughout. The continental breakfast was a nice touch.
The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, but nothing a chiropractor can't fix.

The pre-ordered evening meals were delicious and offered great value for money. The breakfast included toasted bread with butter and marmalade, juice, coffee, and a small cake. Breakfast was simple but satisfying with toast, butter, and marmalade, accompanied by a refreshing glass of juice and a steaming cup of coffee. The location was secluded, which added to its charm and tranquility. the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay a pleasant one.
The beds were like concrete slabs, causing back pain and sleepless nights. Even though my wife and I prefer firm mattresses, these were just too hard to be comfortable.

Activities: The abundance of outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, and fishing made my stay at Castillejo de Robledo truly memorable. It felt like I stumbled upon a hidden adventurer's paradise.
Limited Dining Options: The only minor issue was the limited dining options within the hotel. Although the restaurant and coffee shop/café were excellent, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety nearby.
